Recipes

here are some recipes to try 


Chipotle & lime hummus 

Ingredients 
1 can chickpea's
1 package of debs dips i used chipotle & lime
2 or more tablespoons of tahini 
2 tablespoons of oil 
a little salt 
some water 

Drain chickpea's and add everything in a food processor blend till smooth depending on how smooth you like it add more or less water

Berry nice cream

Ingredients
2 frozen banana's
a little more then half a cup of frozen berries
a little water 
a few dates 

First add the frozen banana's in the food processor and blend it up a bit while that is happening soak your dates in a little water both the dates and the water will be used to to make it more sweet and smooth now before you add the water dates add the frozen berries and the dates blend a little more before you add the water now is the time to add the water once its all combined till its starts to get smooth you wont need very much 

High protein oatmeal


Ingredients
1/2 cup of quick cooking oats
1 tablespoon of peanut butter or more
1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds 
1 tablespoon chia seeds 
1 tablespoon of vanilla 
handful of broken up walnuts and shelled sunflower seeds 
some water
some honey or what ever sweetener you prefer 

In a bowl add the oats , seeds add the water and and microwave for 1 and then some depending on how you like it mix it all up and then add your peanut butter and honey and enjoy.
This makes alot i know i eat the whole and it keeps me full for a good long time
