Here are a few things i made i thought i share just in case you want to make some yourself
Earl gray tea cookies
ingredients
2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup powder sugar
2 tablespoons earl gray tea approximately 6 tea bags
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup butter cut up
heat oven to 350f put all ingredients into a food processor until the tea leaves are pulverized. add the vanilla and butter then blend up 1 or more tablespoon of water till a dough is formed. divide dough into 2 , 12 inch log, about 2 in diameter wrap in plastic wrap & chill for 30 mins.
Slice each log disk 1/3 thick place on parchment lined baking sheet 2 inches apart.
Bake until edges are lightly brown about 12 mins let cool 5 mins on the sheet before transfer to wire rack.
Light cool n easy pie
ingredients
1 box of any flavor jello
1 tub cool whip divided
1 ready to use graham cracker crust
ice cubes
1/2 cup cold water
2/3 cup boiling water
Bake & cool pie crust in advance
Stir boiling water into jello mix for 2 mins till all is dissolved add ice and cold water stir into slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice and whisk in half of the cool whip until well blended pour into to pre baked pie crust chill for atleast 4 hours.
